Adventure Spec LTD Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2025.
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Adventure Spec LTD .
1. Eligibility to enter
This prize draw is open for entries until 31.07.2025.
The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
As part of this competition it is requested that you opt-in to receive marketing emails from Adventure Spec. You may unsubscribe at any time.
The prize draw is free to enter.
The competition is not not exclusive to ABR Festival 2025 participants.
2. How to enter
To enter the prize draw simply enter your email address in the website pop-up form.
Adventure Spec LTD will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
3. The prize
The prize will include: 1 x Mongolia Jacket 2.0 & 1 x Mongolia Pant 2.0.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Adventure Spec LTD regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Failure to claim the prize within 14 days of being contacted will mean the prize will be re-drawn.
4. Winner announcement
The winner will be announced and notified on or before 01.09.2025 via the email provided during subscription.
Adventure Spec LTD will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
Any personal data collected during this competition will be used for contacting the winner and first name will be included in the winners’ announcement communications.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Adventure Spec LTD reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
5. Receipt of the prize
Please allow 14 days to receive the prize by email.
6. Data protection and publicity
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Adventure Spec LTD for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

The winner agrees to the release of their first name, city and country of residence to any other prize draw participants if requested via Adventure Spec LTD.

Adventure Spec LTD does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Adventure Spec LTD does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Adventure Spec LTD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
